an ideal promotional tool for a new practice or to boost patient numbers
Dentistry is predominantly a local business and a great way of getting your message to everyone in your immediate area is via the letterbox. One of the most cost-effective ways to promote your practice and its services, the flyer offers a viable alternative to advertising in the local newspaper. They are bright and noticeable, cheap to print and distribute and they get results.
The flyer can be distributed direct to residential addressees or can be handed out at a train station, shopping centre or other areas of concentrated population.
The topic of a flyer should be as broad as possible to appeal to the largest number of people and should carry a “call to action”. So special offers around a check-up and clean or teeth whitening are the most effective.
The flyer is an ideal promotional tool for a new practice or to boost patient numbers for a new associate.
With IDM’s help we launched our new dental practice on the Gold Coast, Totally Teeth in November of 2005. We used flyers as our predominate method of promotion and conducted a mass flyer drop every four to five weeks. By our first anniversary we had created in excess of 12,000 new patients through this approach.
